Hi, we are so excited to welcome you to Monarch Books! Aaron and I (Taneesha) both grew up locally and feel lucky to be raising our kids here in this great community. As an avid reader I've always dreamed of having a bookstore and after some life changes, Aaron said, why don't we just do it, and so we did!
Our shop in the Village of Arroyo Grande is a dream come true space to share our love of books and the written word with other book lovers.

The Gallery was created by our family as a welcoming space to share our passion for fine art. Growing up on a small island gave me a deep belief in community, and as a family-run business we are committed to contributing to the vitality and joy of our community and the Village of Arroyo Grande.
Humdinger Brewing
Humdinger Brewing - The Village has a full onsite restaurant as well as it's own brewing facility. We are cranking out great upscale pub fare from this location with ample seating both inside and outside. Come check us out at our original location and enjoy a meal and some time with friends.
